Booking and Payment:

1. Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

2. Payment: Full payment of the tour package cost is required before the commencement of the tour. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified by GetGo Exploring.

Cancellation and Refunds:

3. Cancellation by Traveler: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

•    45 days or more before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.
•    30-44 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
•    15-29 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
•    Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation by GetGo Exploring: GetGo Exploring reserves the right to cancel the tour in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the traveler.

Travel Documents and Permits:
