• A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be provided upon booking.
• Full payment must be made before the start of the tour.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to GetGo Exploring.
• The cancellation charges are as follows:
• More than 45 days before the tour start date: Booking deposit is non-refundable.
• 30-44 days before the tour start date: 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund.
