Terms & Conditions - Srinagar Tour Package by GetGo Exploring

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking your tour package with GetGo Exploring. By booking our tour package, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

• To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the start of the tour.
• For bookings made within 15 days of the tour start date, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made through bank transfers or online payment methods provided by GetGo Exploring.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to GetGo Exploring via email.
• The following cancellation charges will apply:
• 15 days or more before the tour start date: 25% of the total package cost (the deposit)
• 7-14 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total package cost
• Less than 7 days before the tour start date: No refund
• No refunds will be issued for any portion of the package that you do not utilize.

3. Changes to Itinerary:

• GetGo Exploring reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, political unrest, or any situation beyond our control.
• Any additional expenses incurred due to such modifications will be borne by the traveler

4. Travel Documents and Insurance:

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits.
• Travel insurance is not included in the package but is highly recommended. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.

5. Health and Safety:

• Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
• It is advisable to consult a healthcare professional and obtain necessary vaccinations before traveling to the region.
• Follow local guidelines and advisories related to health and safety, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

6. Accommodation and Meals:

• Accommodation is provided based on the type of package chosen (luxury, standard, or budget).
• Meals included in the package are as specified (usually daily breakfast).
• Additional meals and expenses incurred at hotels or restaurants are the traveler's responsibility.

7. Transportation:

• Transportation during the tour will be provided as specified in the package.
• Any additional transportation or transfers required for personal reasons will be at the traveler's expense.

8. Responsibilities:

• GetGo Exploring is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Travelers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully throughout the tour, adhering to local laws and customs.

9. Disputes:

• Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where GetGo Exploring is registered.
